Description
🔷 Conduct Psy/Soc Assessment and create a treatment plan with treatment goals.
🔷 Deliver therapy services to clients and write treatment notes.
🔷 Monitor and update treatment plans as needed or every 3 months.
🔷 Regularly consult with clinicians in practice to ensure high quality treatment.
🔷 Deliver therapy services in office settings and/or through Telehealth.
🔷 Consult with all parties involved in client cases.
🔷 Comply with all legal and ethical standards as set by the licensing board.
🔷 Comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
✔️ Master’s Degree with current West Virginia License in social work, psychology or counseling.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience delivering direct therapy services.
✔️ Experience with writing treatment plans and therapy notes.
