Getting Started
The hardest part is deciding to make the call. Every person has their share of difficult circumstances in life. No referral is required to schedule an appointment. We are happy to provide a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit for your needs.
What to Expect
After determining that we are a good match for your needs, you will receive an email containing the link to your secure online client portal. This email will also include our location and parking information. Once you log in to your client portal, you will find our privacy policy as well as all of the documents that you will need to review and sign prior to your first session. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Through your client portal, you are able to make appointments, pay your bills, and sign all required documents.
Session Fees

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, PEIA/UMR, Aetna, and The Health Plan insurance. We also accept private pay. We are considered an out-of-network provider for other types of insurance, however, we can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Session fees will depend on your specific insurance plan, and may also depend on whether or not you have met your deductible. You can check with your insurance provider about your policy details to determine coverage and cost of mental health counseling services.
Telehealth
In addition to providing services at our office, we also offer virtual counseling services. Telehealth allows you to meet with your clinician through your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. If you are using our Telehealth services, you will receive a link in advance of your session to log in at the time of your scheduled appointment. We are very excited about this option for services since it allows our clients to connect with us from anywhere in West Virginia for appointments that are secure and convenient!
